Mark your calendars for IveyBC’s 2012 Whistler Ski Trip!

Join us in Whistler on Saturday March 31, 2012 for a day of skiing and socializing with your fellow BC Ivey alumni.  Even if you’re not into skiing, Whistler offers a variety of other activities and you can still join us for the après-ski, presentation, and group dinner.

Our planned activities will include the following; participate in any or all as you may wish:

Skiing:  Experience the best skiing that Whistler Blackcomb has to offer, in small groups guided by a pro.  You will also obtain lift line priority and receive top notch instruction during the day.

Après-ski and Presentation:  Meet at a comfortable lounge to relax over a drink and debrief the day.  A leading Whistler personality will be on hand to make an informal presentation about the current business environment at the mountain.

Dinner:  Enjoy a multi-course prix fixe dinner at a fashionable restaurant in the Village.

Accommodation:  Hotel group rates will be arranged for those that need lodging on the Friday and Saturday nights.

Out-of-town Ivey alumni welcome.

IveyBC’s regular monthly get-together is moving to the Wine Room at Joey’s Bentall One!

Please join us on the first Thursday of every month to connect and catch up with your fellow BC Ivey Alumni.  Drop-in when you’re able, no advance RSVP is required.

We provide light appetizers but drinks are for your own account.

To find the Wine Room, go to the end of the main restaurant and walk behind the kitchen area.  We congregate from 5:30 pm onwards.

Time & Date:  The first Thursday of every month, from 5:30 pm onwards.

Location:  The Wine Room at Joey’s Bentall One (507 Burrard Street, at West Pender)

Parking:  Available in any of the nearby Downtown lots, with evening flat rates from 6 pm onwards.

Transit:  The restaurant is one block from Burrard Skytrain Station and also a short walk from Waterfront Station.
