IveyBC’s Global Ivey Day After-Party

So you’ll be stuck late at the office on November 3 and will miss both Pub Night and the Signature Wine Dinner—so much for partying in threes.  What’s a committed Ivey grad to do?

No need to worry, the School has your back with a last chance to earn a few participation points on Global Ivey Day!  Jenni Denniston (HBA ’04), Ivey’s Associate Director of MBA Recruiting & Admissions will be in Vancouver to take attendance.

Loosen your ties and let your hair down for a nightcap…  as formal or informal as you would like it to be.

From 9 pm to last call at the Joey’s Bentall Wine Room (in Bentall One and behind the kitchen, 507 Burrard Street–website & map) on Thursday November 3, 2011.

See you there!

IveyBC Grouse Grind & Social

The summer isn’t over yet! Come out and join your fellow IveyBC alumni at Grouse Mountain on Thursday, Sept 29th for a hike and/or a drink at sunset. For those of you who are looking for a hike – please meet the group at the base of the Grouse Grind at 5:00pm. The hike is challenging and will take between 1-1.5 hours – proper footwear, extra layers and water are recommended. For those of you who would rather take the gondola up the mountain, we will meet for drinks from 6-8:30pm at Attitudes Bistro in the main lodge.

Parking tickets cost $3 for 2 hours and $5 for a full day and can be purchased in the parking lot. General admission can be purchased at the base of the mountain for $39.95 + tax ($35.95 + tax for age 65+) for a round trip on the gondola, or at the top for $10 for a one way trip down.

Please RSVP by Fri, Sept 23rd to Ashley Ward at award.mba2009@ivey.ca or call 778-828-1761.
