IVEY PHDA HOLIDAY PARTY
 
All Ivey PhD alumni are welcome to join current Ivey PhD students at our annual holiday party, being held on Sunday, December 4th at 8:00pm at the Church Key in London, Ontario.  If you would like to purchase a ticket ($15), please contact Karin Schnarr at kschnarr.phd@ivey.ca.  Spouses are welcome and there is no charge for children. 
 
5th ANNUAL IVEY PHD ALUMNI RECEPTION AT AOM 2011 

Ivey PhD Alumni are invited to the 5th Annual Ivey Alumni Reception at AoM in San Antonio. The goal of this gathering is to meet and mingle, catch up with former classmates, meet new PhD students and candidates, and reconnect with faculty.  We are grateful to the generous sponsorship of Ivey Publishing, the Ivey Centre for Health Innovation and Leadership, the PhD Program Office and Ivey Alumni Affairs to make the reception possible.

Sunday, August 14th – San Antonio, Texas

Who: All Ivey PhD Alumni, faculty and guests

What: Ivey PhD Alumni Reception & Ring Tradition Ceremony

Where: Hilton Palacio del Rio, Corte Real A/B Room

When: Sunday, August 14, 2011 – 5:30 – 6:00 pm Ring Ceremony; 6:00 pm Reception

Following past tradition we are offering a Ring Tradition Ceremony for those PhD Alumni who have already pre-registered prior to the reception. Come out and support your fellow Alumni! The Ivey Ring Tradition began in 2004 and is now offered to all graduates of Ivey degree programs.   If you graduated in 2004 or beyond, there is no cost for the ring.  If you graduated prior to 2004, you are able to purchase a ring for $150.  For more information, please email ipn@ivey.uwo.ca.

IVEY PHD ALUMNI MEET AND GREET AT ASAC 2011 
 
Once again, the Ivey PhDA is proud to announce our annual “Meet and Greet” dinner at this year’s ASAC meeting in Montreal, Quebec on July 2, 2011.  This is a chance to reconnect with former PhD colleagues, Ivey faculty and current PhD students.  We will get it started by supplying appetizers for the group.  We would like to thank out sponsors, the Ivey Publishing,  Ivey Alumni Relations, the Ivey Centre for Health Innovation and Leadership and the PhD Program Office for making this event possible.
 
Details:
 
When:  Saturday, July 2, 2011, 7:00 pm.

Where:  TBC.  We are planning it so that it is no more than a 10 minute walk from the main conference site.

Why:  Connect and reconnect with students, alumni and faculty.

How:  We have a reservation (under Raffety) for dinner for the restaurant. 

Won’t be in Montreal?  Our next PhD Alumni event is planned for AOM in San Antonio, Texas on August 14, 2011.  Watch for details in @InTouch, the AOM online program and on this site in late June/early July.

ASAC Ivey PhD Student, Faculty & Alumni ‘Meet and Greet’

If you are in Regina for ASAC, don’t miss this opportunity to reconnect with Ivey friends and faculty.

Where:  Beer Bros Bakery & Cuisine, 1821 Scarth Street, Regina, SK   306-586-2337.  Please note, the Beer Bros Bakery & Cuisine is about a 5 minute walk from the main conference hotel  – the Delta Regina.
