What is Leader Character and How Does It Influence How We Lead?

You are invited to join the Ivey Alumni Network BC Chapter on March 2, 2017, at our first speaker series event!

Professor Gerard Seijts will discuss the practical implications of his research program on leader character and his work with leaders from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He will outline the various dimensions of leader character, how these dimensions are presented through everyday behaviors, as well as offer suggestions on how leaders can embed leader character into their organizations.
