So you want to work in sports? How 4 alumni turned their love of sports into rewarding careers in Hong Kong

Ah, the business of sports, the most alluring career almost any person can think of. Indeed it has to be better than your mundane job at Hong Kong’s biggest bank. But jobs in sports are notoriously cut-throat and hard to crack. Hordes of passionate fans crave to work for their favourite team, league or sports agency, yet businesses looking to protect their bottom lines mean an extremely limited number of actual jobs, especially here in Asia.

With the Toronto Raptors set to kick off the 2019-2020 season, still basking in the glow of their recent NBA championship, Canada’s premier business school will bring together alumni and guests that have turned their passions into careers in sports.

Join us for a fun night at a great bar in Central where our panelists will share with you just how they did it as well as some general “sports talk”. Canadians and sports fans welcome.
