Join us for yoga and a hike at Mandeville Canyon. We’ll hike for a bit to warm up and stop for a short yoga stretching session in the clearing on the way back. All levels welcome. Yoga will be led by Elyssa Seidman, HBA '13, certified yoga instructor.

Meeting place: The address above will take you to a small free parking lot and plenty of street parking. The group will meet at the map at the start of the hiking trail at 9:45 a.m.

Price: $5.00 per person; significant others and friends are welcome!

How to prepare:

What to wear: Workout clothes (the ground can be dusty!), running shoes, a hat, and sunscreen.

What to bring: Water bottle, optional towel for the car. No need to bring a mat; we’ll stick to standing yoga.
