At our last Ivey Alumni Network Board Meeting, the Chapter leads from Southern California, The Bay Area, and British Columbia got together and thought, “what if we ran an Ivey West Coast Ski Trip?” We did some planning and we’re stoked to bring you the first ever Ivey West Coast Alumni Event, happening April 4-7 in Whistler Blackcomb. The Chapters are hosting, but the weekend is yours to make.

Here's what to expect; Experience the best of Whistler with an incredible group of Ivey alumni. Whether you ski, board, or spa and chalet, come meet us at the chairlift each morning, join us for Apres, a Saturday night full group dinner, and evenings by the fire. There is already commitment from all ski levels and a mix of singles, couples, families with kids and friends. This will be an opportunity to meet amazing alumni working on the West Coast and enjoy spring skiing at its finest. This event is hosted by the IAN West Coast Chapters but is open to all alumni and family to join.

Event Details:

Weekend: April 4-7 with flexible arrival dates.
Accommodations: We'll be staying at The Four Seasons Whistler Blackcomb, a 3 minute walk from the base of Blackcomb Mountain, but there are many options across all budgets that weekend. We’ll set morning meet times and share meet-up locations ahead of time, so you can feel free to stay wherever suits you best. The Fairmont is nearby and the Pan Pacific is a 15 min walk away.
Lift Pass: Purchase day passes on site as needed, or use your Epic Pass.
Equipment: Rent through The Four Seasons Ski Concierge who will take care of all your fitting needs, or bring your own.
Transportation: Shuttle from Vancouver airport direct to Whistler. Carpooling may also be arranged depending on availability closer to the trip.
Cost: You will be responsible for your expenses over the weekend including accommodations, transportation, food, lift tickets, and equipment as needed.
