Whether you’re looking to change career paths or to enhance your personal brand, the Ivey Alumni Toronto Chapter invites you to "How to Master Your Personal Brand." Join us in an engaging conversation on how to create, adapt, and hone your personal brand. Our keynote speaker is this year’s winner of The Amazing Race Canada and LinkedIn Account Manager Paul Mitskopoulos (HBA ’14). This will be followed by a panelist discussion with Social Media Advisor Lina Duque (EMBA ‘12), Career Psychologist Meghan Reid, Vlaad Headhunter Ellen O’Brien, and Internet Marketer Saul Colt, which will be moderated by Sharon Irwin-Foulon, Executive Director of Career Management and Corporate Recruiting at Ivey.

Paul Mitskopoulos (HBA ’14), LinkedIn Account Manager, Winner of The Amazing Race Canada
Paul Mitskopoulos, HBA 2014 is a Client Solutions Manager at LinkedIn, working with Technology companies across Canada to help build their content marketing strategy and grow their presence on LinkedIn. As a Social Media advocate, Paul truly believes in the power of social media to grow your personal and professional brand – if done correctly. This past year, Paul accomplished a life-long dream, to be a racer on The Amazing Race Canada. His passion for travel, competitive spirit, and never give-up attitude led him to crossing the finish line first, and winning Season 5 of Canada’s most watched TV show.

Sharon Irwin-Foulon, Executive Director of Career Management and Corporate Recruiting at Ivey
With over 10 years’ experience in Marketing & Communications in the Financial Services sector and 10 years in progressive roles at Ivey, Sharon now leads Career Management as Executive Director. Sharon graduated from Western University with a BA and from Concordia University with an MA in Leadership and Communication. Sharon and her team’s focus is to build on Ivey’s excellence through collaborative partnerships with students, alumni and recruiters for career and organizational success.

Saul Colt, Internet Marketer 
Saul Colt is the Founder and Creative Director at SAUL COLT – The Idea Integration Company. In his career he has been named as one of the iMEDIA 25: Internet Marketing Leaders & Innovators as well as been called one of Canada’s best community builders/experiential marketers. In a previous life Saul was the first international employee of Zipcar and the person responsible for launching Zipcar into the Canadian marketplace, was a key person in the growth of FreshBooks.com (The #1 Cloud Accounting service for Small Business Owners). Saul is also a Professional Speaker and Consultant specializing in Word of Mouth Marketing, Stunt Marketing,  Social Media, Customer Experience, and Community Building.

Lina Duque (EMBA ‘12), Social Media Advisor
Lina Duque, MBA, is a social media strategist, university lecturer and international speaker and moderator. Her analysis has appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Forbes and the Globe and Mail. She is advisor to C-suite executives and academics on developing thought leadership through creating a strong and strategic digital presence. Lina is a frequent speaker on social media, personal branding and women’s empowerment. Her speaking portfolio includes Harvard University, McGill University, Rotman School of Management, York University, Lean In Canada, Odgers Berndtson and the World Communication Forum Davos (Geneva and Istanbul). Lina teaches social media at Ryerson University’s Chang School of Continuing Studies. She has an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School.

Ellen O’Brien, Vlaad Headhunter
After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier with a B.A in Communications, in 2006, Ellen lived and worked in Dublin, Ireland. It was there she made her first hole-in-one which perhaps spearheaded her decision to move back to Canada in 2008 and become a Golf Professional. Five years and two more hole-in-ones later, Ellen retired her pro card to join Vlaad and Company to pursue a career in recruitment.

Meghan Reid, Career Counsellor 
Since 2013, Meghan has supported hundreds of clients who were unhappy, unfulfilled or confused about their careers. Through the proprietary Canada Career Counselling process, Meghan helps her clients to clarify what they need in their careers to feel satisfied and fulfilled, review their career options, and make informed decisions about their next career move. Meghan is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University.
