Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in our second annual Ivey West Coast Whistler Trip from March 5 - 8. To-date we’ve received an overwhelming response from alumni across North America and are very excited about the weekend. This is a great opportunity to connect with a diverse group of alumni in a laid-back environment on the slopes or partaking in one of the many other activities available at Whistler from snowmobiling and dog sledding, to fondue tours and spas. Spouses, significant others, family and friends are welcome.
Below is an overview of the weekend along with a detailed itinerary.
Please RSVP by February 7 using the REGISTER button below and include any additional guests you would like to join (family, friends, etc).
A follow-up email will be circulated to everyone who RSVPs in the month prior to the event to share the list of attendees, provide details on the planned group dinner, and to coordinate a WhatsApp group chat for those interested in connecting with other attendees before, during or after the weekend.

Weekend Overview:
Weekend: March 5 - 8 with flexible arrival dates
Cost: Attendees are responsible for all costs over the weekend including accommodations, transportation, food, lift tickets/activities, and equipment as needed. There is a $25 registration fee which includes an Ivey toque, small bites during the Kickoff Cocktails and après-ski events.
Accommodations: If you’d like to take advantage of our pre-negotiated discounted rates, please book as soon as possible.
Lift Passes: Group discount passes are available here. You can also purchase lift tickets in the village as needed, but the discount is only available through the link. If you have an Epic Pass, it works at Whistler Blackcomb.

Friday, March 6
9 a.m.: Ski/Snowboard – Meet in front of the Whistler Village Gondola.
3 p.m.: Après-ski at Longhorn Saloon & Grill - 4280 Mountain Square. Please let the host know you are with Ivey when you arrive.
Saturday, March 7
9 a.m.: Ski/Snowboard – Meet in front of the Whistler Village Gondola.
3 p.m.: Après-ski at Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub – 4320 Sundial Crescent. Please let the host know you are with Ivey when you arrive.
7:30 p.m.: Group Dinner in the village – Location to be confirmed
