Tuesday, October 23, 2018, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Lennox Hall, Toronto Board of Trade, First Canadian Place, 77 Adelaide Street West, Suite 350, Toronto

It’s our authentic self that inspires peers, colleagues and clients to trust and come to for inspiration. That means that, if we are sincerely authentic, we don’t have to go through the process of removing our “mask.” It’s not necessary to tell anyone what our values are, because we become one with them and they are visible in the way we live our lives. If you want to be authentic in business, don't try to change your behavior to become the leader you think you should be. Instead, shift your focus on to what’s genuinely driving your actions: your values. Only then will you become mindful of your truth and start on the path toward becoming your authentic self.

Join our panelists for an in-depth discussion focusing on becoming an authentic leader. Topics include:

  • Who we are is the most significant asset we have when it comes to being a leader.
  • How do we identify and capitalize on undervalued leadership traits that women inherently possess?
  • How do we enable positive change, inspiring action, address difficult issues, and move organizations forward?

Agenda:

  • 5:30 to 6 p.m.: Check-in & Networking
  • 6 to 7:30 p.m.:  Panel Discussion and Moderated Q&A
  • 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.: Networking
