Ivey Bake It V2 600 X 400

Back by popular demand!  After last year’s successful Global Ivey Day session, we are repeating our Virtual Baking Class – Let’s “Bake It Till You Make It… Again!”

Please join us on Wednesday February 9 at 6:30 p.m. for our second annual virtual baking class, once again hosted by HBA 2018 – and finalist on The Great Canadian Baking Show Season 4 – Mahathi Mundluru! In less than 2 hours, Mahathi will help you transform a collection of random pantry ingredients into delicious and insta-worthy baked goods!

While guiding you step-by-step through the recipe, Mahathi will also provide guidance for bakers, and is happy to answer both your ‘burning’ baking questions and share a few decorating ‘tips’. For those who participated in our last class, we have tweaked our format based on your feedback to make this session even easier to enjoy.

This class is just in time for Valentine’s Day (and Palentine’s Day!) - What better way to show your love and appreciation for someone than home-made baking? This event open to bakers of all skill levels and would be a fun activity to do with a partner and/or the kids!

Mahathi will guide participants through a recipe of chocolate lava cake and hand-made decorations to create some truly #instaworthy and #lockdowngoals desserts. Closer to the event date, registrants will receive by email full information on both the list of ingredients you will need, and the recipe’s step-by-step instructions so you can easily follow along at home.
