Ivey Alumni Network Toronto (IANT) is proud to host its first event on mental health.

Our speakers will facilitate engaging conversations on how to manage burnout as a professional. This interactive workshop will be a guide on how to harmonize the relationship to your mental and physical wellbeing through authentic relating and design thinking exercises.

Our goal is to have you leaving with more knowledge and having a deeper, meaningful connection to self and to others.

Keynote speaker: Raksha Sule, global advocate for mental health and mindful social innovation, and consultant to the United Nations for Mental Health & Psychosocial Support and Peacebuilding (Lecturer for Global Mental Health System Innovation - Master's of Management program at Western's Schulich school of Medicine & Dentistry).

Host & Facilitator: Nathan Ho, CEO of BEI VITA, a modern wellness consultancy, EMBA '16 and graduate from Western (Kinesiology).

Raksha Sule, global advocate for mental health and mindful social innovation, and consultant to the United Nations for Mental Health & Psychosocial Support and Peacebuilding (Lecturer for Global Mental Health System Innovation - Master's of Management program at Western's Schulich school of Medicine & Dentistry). Raksha advocates for a new paradigm of humanitarian education and mental health & well-being: Mindful Social Innovation. With a focus on education in emergencies, mental health & psychosocial support, social innovation/entrepreneurship, and peacebuilding, Raksha aims to support the holistic reintegration of war-affected youth and children associated with armed forces and armed groups into schools and communities.

Nathan Ho, EMBA`16, CEO & Co-Founder, BEI VITA

Nathan is a business leader on a mission to further elevate the health and wellbeing industry globally. As a certified executive coach and co-founder of BEI VITA, a modern wellness consultancy, Nathan utilizes his 10+ years of corporate experience to make his work relatable to the corporate office employee. He brings together talented wellness changemakers around the world to drive change both personally and professionally. His goal is to empower the next generation of leaders to achieve their purpose and live in work-life harmony. Nathan spent the past 13 years in Hong Kong and has recently relocated back to his home town, Toronto.
