The Ivey Alumni Network Toronto Chapter (IANT) is pleased to present Scaling Your Sales Organization - An interactive virtual workshop with Darren Rabie, HBA ’96. Darren is a recognized sales leader and serial entrepreneur with two successful exits. We are delighted to have him share his deep sales experience and knowledge with Ivey Alum through a high-energy and interactive virtual workshop.
Scaling Your Sales Organization looks to challenge the conventional sales organization structure and culture in order to make it more systematic, transparent, organized, focused and proactive.
In delivering this session, Darren will encourage the audience to get involved and take the discussions deep into their own business/organization, in order to make the topic real and to leave attendees with applicable tactics that can be applied immediately after the session.
