IANT is bringing a punch with the return of the highly anticipated kickboxing circuit class at The Adelaide Club. The 1-hour instructor-led class will include bag and circuit style training. Please bring comfortable clothing and shoes, no other equipment required. All fitness levels welcome!

- $20 plus HST: Ivey Alumni & Students
- $25 plus HST: Non-Alumni
Registration includes the kickboxing class and allows individuals to access the gym afterwards for the steam room, sauna and hot tub.
